Yep - they cannot even get their database pull up the right
first name,
they called me Jill
btw folks - transfer requests for domains even one day past
expiration date
to NSI are now being declined with a nasty message (used to be
if a client applied for transfer out of NSI within 30 day period past expiration
date, it went through - but no longer....
