Hello
I have uploaded my personal web site on a free server. As this is free
server, like most free servers, it is many times a day down. One of the
possible remedy is to upload it on anothr free server and add it to the
third and fourth name server. However, what I want is that the second free
server show us up only when the first one is down and not randomly. Is this
possible or how do I do that ?
