Send me your browser make, version, and bit type (128 bit, 40 bit, 56 bit)
for encryption. We recently moved from SSL2 to SSL3, as this was causing
many problems with end users confirming transfers (SSL2 was enabled server
side, but default IE5.5 install has only SSL3 enabled). We're looking to
determine exactly which browser(s) are having this problem so we can decide
whether to roll back, or suggest people use a more recent or different
browser :)
