Hi, I wonder if anyone can help? I have been trying to transfer a domain from Joker without any success as the admin contact is not receiving the Transfer Approval email message. The WHOIS information for the domain displays the admin contact email address as.... [EMAIL PROTECTED]#0 ....which clearly isn't a valid address, but it appears to be the way in which the Joker system identifies multiple instances of the same email address within it's own system. The OpenSRS RSP Domain Transfer Guide states that "if the OpenSRS system is unable to pull the Admin Contact information from the current Registrar WHOIS server, OpenSRS staff will review the transfer request manually". My guess is that the OpenSRS system is successful in pulling the email address as shown but as the address is not valid, the email is being bounced. Has anyone had any experience of this? How does the OpenSRS system deal with bounced email from the admin contact? Thanks and kind regards, Richard.
