I am sure I have done so before, but cannot figure it out now. If I bring up
the order number in "place transfer manually", all the info comes up so I
don't have to retype the info, but it's prompting me for user/pass.
Shouldn't there be a way to re-initiate a transfer on the customer's behalf
without having to get their user/pass?
In both cases, these are transfers that failed d/t tardiness at NetSol, and
we told the owners once their payment there was reflected in the WHOIS
expiry date, we would then replace the transfer requests for them for the
additional year(s).
So how do I do it?
