Here's a nice one...

Netsol wants $199 for a registrant name change. I say stuff that.

I say why don't we just delete the domain, then re-register it costing only $35 (or 
less via OpenSRS).

Netsol says "Yes you could try, but after you delete it there is no guarantee *when* 
it will go into the pool and be available to be re-registered"

In other words Netsol says "Give us $199 or we'll hold your domain hostage?"

Have I read this situation correctly?
