Hi, anybody have anything to add to this list ?
1. Transfers
We have had a considerable amount of domain transfers that have ended up
being cancelled. At the present moment only the RSP receives a notification
of the cancellation. Wouldn't it make sense to also notify the end user that
the domain has not been transferred due to the following reason etc. This
would simplify the process for the RSP - we wouldn't have to notify the end
user that their transfer has been cancelled. The same goes for the
completion of the transfer....wouldn't it make sense for the system to send
out a notification to the end user that their transfer to us has been
completed ?
2. Automated password and user name retrieval
I have requested this feature multiple times and I haven't really had any
feedback on this issue. Why can't the end user just enter their domain name
and their login info. would be sent to the admin. e-mail listed for their
account ? You can just make a login retrieval template that would interface
with the system.
3. Bulk transfer and registration on the RSP control panel
I have always wondered why this hasn't been enabled ?
