This is not exactly what I was looking for. Instead of setting up my own DNS
servers, I would like to use somebody else's, where I could setup DNS
entries for my domains, which I will host on my virtual server (using only
one IP address). Is this type of setup possible? Presently DNS servers for
my domains are supplied by virtual server ISP, but every time I add new
domain it cost me a lot for a new setup fee.

Unfortunately you cannot share an IP address for a nameserver - the root
Registry only allows one to one matchups of names to IPs (you can have 2
IPs for one name, but that's load balancing...)

Virtual Nameservers, with this limitation, are - unfortunately - not
possible.
