All records seem to be hosed. It appears that NSI's Handle database is
kaput - and not fulling in information for whois requests.
As stated in another email - this MAY affect transfers, but we've noticed
this problem as being intermittent - we have manual processing when the
system cannot establish adequately the Admin contact for a domain....
We'll stay in place !!
I suggest everyone freak out on NSI...more voices get more attention (the
squeaky wheel gets the oil!).
