It is literally true that Stan did not ask for legal advice but any lawyer
will tell you that is what he needs.  So people have suggested that's the
right thing to do.

But note that Evan did not say anything like "don't ask for legal advice" so
Chuck clearly misinterpreted Evan's quite helpful comments.  In fact I would
be surprised if Chuck would advise Stan NOT to seek legal advice as he'd be
a fool not to.

This makes Chuck's several rants both unfair and unnecessary.

But in answer to Chuck's question about a relevant list.  The most
informative relating to the subject of domain names (including issues
involving intellectual property disputes) is Internic's Domain Policy.  The
