You can opt to use the mailing technique available with the OpenSRS
system.
Simply set in OpenSRS.conf the variable for F_SEND_ORDERS to 1 (instead of
0). An email will be sent to ADMIN_EMAIL (also set in OpenSRS.conf) using
the template 'message.txt' (located in
client-2.0.3/templates/reg_system/message.txt).
You can also opt to write a wrapper for this method to encrypt (or use
PGP) to secure this email that's sent.
The email is sent by your own system.
