A marketing research sort of question:
We're trying to figure out just the right
balance between loveable, cow-like goofiness and reliable, wholesale-like
professionalism in our Tucows OpenSRS marketing communications. If you get

I like them and it seems like y'all expect and
enjoy (non-NSI-like) fun and personality from us. But I'd love to know
