I'm actually waiting to see what comes of an e-mail conversation I 
had with Duane Stone (of NetSol) who is a regular (trusted) person on 
Domain-policy... I told him that the mail-fraud idea has been bandied 
about on a couple different places I frequent (didn't mention I was 
one of the people tossing the idea around *G*) and he indicated that 
they hadn't considered that, and that such a "threat" (even if not 
voiced via legal documents) might be enough for him to be able to 
convince his superiors to fix the problem.

I'll see what he comes up with, otherwise, I'm going for the gusto. ;-)
