Well, maybe you should learn some history...

As early as 1993 Tucows and iDirect (which was then called Computerlink
Online) had a partnership. This partnership grew over the years until in
January 1999 when iDirect purchased direct.ca - a company called Internet
Direct in Vancouver. At that time, they company went public on the
Vancouver Stock Exchange, and Tucows split off to become a seperate
entity.

This seperation became even more official in May of 1999 when STI Ventures
provided Tucows with capital investment.

Since Tucows was associated with iDirect we had their nameservers - but
since the split we've been moving away from them, only using that
nameserver as a secondary until we get an additional namespace to run our
own Secondary.

Additionally, iDirect was purchased (65% at the time) but Look
Communications, a wireless cable and Internet provider.

Tucows and iDirect are in completely seperate offices buildings - in two
different cities, with two completely different set of staff, CEO, mission
statement, direction in the industry, etc, etc, etc.

I completely dislike your accusation of my lying, and find it baseless and
ignorant.
