UK2.net not forwarding e-mail (??? !!!)

I have received this mail from easyspace.net stating that UK2.net is blocking their mail. Any comment ? Many of us have a lot of domains with UK2.net and they DO NOT answer mail.   How legal is it and what can we do ?
