Even if you do not bother about these, if you notice all the whois has a
legal notice with itself which says that "using the information or mining
whois for such bulk mailing/ marketing" purpose is illegal.
there are better ways to market things. If you look around for marketing
resources, you will find some lists dedicated to isp marketing. I am
subscribed to one, but will have to find it in my address book as I have not
been very active in that for quite some time. If you are interested mail me
