Hello,

Although no details were included, I'm guessing this problem fixed itself the
next day.

This is a known glitch at the root level. It adds the requested DNS but doesn't
send a response back. Our system assumes the change didn't go through but you
can't add the DNS again because the root knows that's it's already there.
Everything sorts itself out in a day.

The only support Email address is: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
