We now have a "RSP Documentation Resource Section" on our site.
Essentially this a collection of info that we feel may be of use to you and
your customers. We encourage RSP's to "steal it" and brand it as they see fit.
Currently it includes:
- The OpenSRS Glossary
- End-User FAQ
- explanation of distributed WHOIS
Please feel free to take these items if you think they'd be of use to your
customers.
It has become clear that educating end-users is a key part of providing
them value.
