New SPAM approach ?

I am not sure it interests anyone, BUT.... That's a new approach or SPAM ??????   Received a few minutes ago from Verio the following mail: (below)   1) Domain in reference: welcome-to-austria.com is still UNREGISTERED AND  available (for a few more minutes, I am going to register it at openSRS NOW)   2) Luckily they are not charging the credit card they have at hand as they were nice to indicate 0.00$...
