All ICANN accredited registrars are allowed to delete a domain within 5 days
of registration without being charged by the registry.
Prior statements from OpenSRS say they do not do this because it is too
difficult to send a DELETE DOMAIN request via the RRP protocol (actually the
real reason is probably because they don't want to have to go to all of the
work are contact the registrant to make sure the domain should really be
deleted.)
