You should be working with Support to fix this issue.

If you do an ifconfig on your machine, what's the IP address that shows
under eth0?  (NOT eth0:0 or eth0:127, etc)

Being assigned a static IP address for a VirtualHost does not necessarily
mean that's the IP that's used for outgoing traffic.
