It's extremely unlikely unless you went out of your way to do it on 
purpose. Even if you did, the only way people would see it is if they 
tried to access their local script equivalent of "bite me" followed by an 
ASCII ".com"; it's not going to just pop up on people's screens out of 
the blue.

More to the point, this problem already exists, even without any sort of 
encoding -- some common English words that are registered are offensive 
in foreign languages.
