wow, I really messed up my dns server listings, what do I do

                        I clicked remove server next to both dns servers, how do I 
recover it? I
typed in new info and removed the old info by clicking the checkboxes to
remove, now I only have one empty box when I look at my domain for dns
servers, how do I get two boxes again?
Did I just throw my domain out the window?
