Note that unless this is absolutely necessary (i.e. a soured relationship
between registrant and current reseller) we try to avoid these tasks -
currently it's a largely manual process and does some nasty bits to our
accounting.
In the near future we'll have RSP to RSP as an automated process. Until
then, we will fulfill some requests if it's deemed necessary.
