A note on this,
Domains registered through register.cgi this will not show up in statistics or 
the active domain lists on the reseller site.

And a reminder of a general notice, to all resellers, you should wither 
password protect, or delete register.cgi from your production server to 
prevent people who cop on that you're using opensrs from directly registering 
domains.

Trying to think of a more elegant solution, and remembering the discussion a 
while back about managing profiles, maybe we should have a section on the 
reseller site which:
a) lists profile names which have registered domains with us.
b) allows us to select particular profiles to allow immediate processing.
c) allows us to choose whether or not *we* receive notification emails when 
they register domains
d) possibly allow us to cap the number of domains they register... in a way, 
reallocate RCUs to profiles...
e) does other things which we think of along the way...
