Yes, .moo domains are fake. This isn't meant to work 100% - it's a sales
tool to show Tucows has the ability to operate a
registry/registrar/reseller application suite.
Sometimes it goes down - we have the ENTIRE system running off one box,
not necessarily meant for production. It'll go up soon I'm sure.
