"Other Registrar" to OpenSRS transfers cost "one RCU" (currently $10 US).

BTW - since all Registrars are charged a transaction fee for transfering a
domain (same fee we are charged for registering a new domain), we
subsequently charge you, the RSP, in the same order. Transfers
automagically append one year to the registration period for the domain
name.
