Interesting - we usually try to get people to use reg_system.cgi as it's
much more functional, and reserve register.cgi as more of a teaching tool
to assist programmers in developers their own logic flow.

Since so few people actually use register.cgi (as it has no emails, no cc
hooks, and bypasses the "Process Orders Immediately" directive) we've
never noticed this before :)

I'll mark this as a bug and it will be fixed very soon :)
