With one virtual and one IP, you can host a lot of web
parkings and redirections : 1000 web parkings consume less
ressources than a medium virtual

For email redirections, it is a little harder but possible

If someone needs double DNS and parking, ask me to find a
solution around 1$/year/name.and 1 banner impression for me
each 4 seen on the parkings pages.

For the same price, users can maintain their own sole page :
3000/4000 banners/day per 1000 parkings. If you add
webemail, think about 10000 banners/day. Let them to give
redirections to their friends and you add 25% banners... etc

At 1 $ the 1000/impressions do the math and compute the
price of 1000 parking.
