Actually, that message wasn't designed as a "Registration Completed" message
but as an "Order Processed" message.
For transfers, async registrations and RSPs that don't process immediately, it
just means the order has been placed and there is more to follow.
I realise it's difficult to cover all the possibilities in a short paragraph.
Your wording will depend on the services you offer.
