Actually, there will be no need for one (yet).
: "pre-registrations" will be bound by CIRA directly - essentially, part of
the process of completing a pre-registration is to go to the CIRA site and
agree to the terms
: "advance registrations" - CIRA has not yet defined how these are to be
bound - we will likely have to build in some sort of agree loop before
ordering, unless they choose to implement this on their side (unlikely) -
"advance registrations" submitted before they announce the procedure may
have to go through a process yet to be determined for term acceptance
