Please use the "famous" Zip format as my WIndows box comes with Winzip
pre-installed. I do not use Linux, thus do not have tar decompressor. 

Please post the url in open srs discuss-list, as my emailbox is not
working properly - ISP mail server oustages. Don't know when they will
fix their mail server.

My suggestion is you use a free homepage provider like geocities,
webjump(25MB), bizland(35MB), or split the file into many.
