Problem with .ca registration

Hi,

I am trying to process a pre-registration for a .ca 
domain (adis.on.ca). After I enter all the information 
I get a 'Domain already taken' error message.

Why would this be? This is my domain and the first one 
I am trying to get done now that the pre-registration 
system is supposed to be live. Also, I am not 
attempting to upgrade to a .ca from .on.ca either.
