clinet-2.21 conf file

I see in openSRS.conf for the 2.21 (ca aware) client code, that the conf
file has only the following still in it.  Shouldn't it also have the various
[ca] domains in it?


            RELATED_TLDS => [
                        [ ".com", ".net", ".org" ],
                        [ ".co.uk", ".org.uk" ],
                        ],
