 From the docs:

"At this time, we do not support transfer requests for .org.uk or .co.uk 
through either the "Quickstart" or "Full Access" interfaces. Please contact 
[EMAIL PROTECTED] for manual transfer requests. We will extend this 
functionality in future releases."

So, you can contact support and we will do it manually.
