4th level .ca

I'm getting this error when trying to enter 4th level domains ineither the
new reg or the upgrade box.

Invalid domain syntax for myname.ottawa.on.ca (Invalid domain format (try
something similar to "yourname.com")
What's up with that? I thought I read that we were able to handle 4th level?
