[Off Topic] Host Management

I would like to set up an extra host for my domainguidebook.com site, i.e.
register.domainguidebook.com. The name is registered at Joker.com, who don't
seem to provide these type of DNS services.

Is there any way to quickly get this job done, apart from transferring the
name to another registrar that does have these services?
