Received 8:05pm EDT (assuming this was actually sent at 6:51 CDT) Looks like
a 14 minute delay from posting until it gets to me. Your mileage may vary
depending on where you are on the distribution list.
HOWEVER, the message posted referred to the dev-list as being slow. Based
on the dev-list digest, it has received 11 postings today...about normal.
