ZONE FILE agreement - whereis it?

Some time ago there were links here for the netsol zone file
agreement.  That's the agreement you sign to pickup the zone files for
com, org, and net on a regular basis.  I've been all over the netsol site
and the internic.net site to find it - but can't.

Does anyone know where their hiding it.
