The point is, that it doesn't make it harder for the "real"
speculators.  All you do is help eliminate the competition for them.
The "real" speculators are running 24 hour monitors.

At least this way others have a chance to get in also and compete
without having to have the technical expertise.



On the other hand, since I run my own monitor, scratch what I said
above, make it VERY hard for people without the technical expertise
