I'd be worried about doing that, starting to work with them, and then their 
either change their business plan, etc.

When the margins are so thin, it is easy for them to re-think their 
strategy at a later date.

It's similar to the "50 meg domain hosting with no banner ads for $2/month" 
type deal.  It's great for month #1, #2, and #3, but in the 4th month, they 
either raise their price up to $19.95 again, or they go out of business, or 
etc, etc, etc..

You shouldn't trust suppliers with lean & thin margins.
