If I'm not mistaken, what will happen is that once opensrs submits
the pre-registrations to CIRA,  CIRA will in turn send an email to
the admin contact for that domain.  That contact will then have to
log into the CIRA site to confirm the pre-registration using the
username and password provided in the email.

I guess if your admin contacts do not get that email you will know
they won't get their .ca domain either.  Maybe someone at OpenSRS
can let us know if this is how it will work?

I'm crossing fingers AND toes that it works!!  I'm still
encountering reproducable bugs in the pre-registrations through
opensrs...
