For your reference - those aren't the v2.21 scripts (there's only two
entry boxes). Those are likely the 2.0.3 or earlier scripts, perhaps
conflicting with what you thought was your v2.21 scripts.
Feel free to look further into this, then contact support through our
regular channels.
