HEY I need help here.....with the .ca preregiatration set up
..I have clients that have taken there already registered domains (registered
through us) else where (why they we not processed here)..where they went>>
they pre-registered and have gotten there confirmation from CIRA finished the
registration and are listed in the CIRA who is allready. There previous
pre-registration is still sitting in the "orders in progress" section of my
admin...I can do nothing about it here what is up........WHAT CAN I DO
ABOUT OTHER PRE-REGISTRATIONS before i lose more if we cant process why shoud
clients saty with us...........
BIGGEST QUESTION is how did CIRA do this when we cant that
doesnt sound like really fair.........
