A quick update to my previous mail.

I just hung up the phone with a NetSol "Representative".  Here's what I
found quite interesting in our conversation (I wish I had recorded it!).

If your clients pay an invoice for a domain no longer in our registry
system, they will automatically receive a refund from Network Solutions.

Can anyone confirm this?  Or better yet, does anyone believe this?  Seems
like it would be easier (and more cost effective) to me if they stopped the
"billing process" once a domain is transferred:

<QOUTE>
Once the billing cycle for a domain has started, 30 days before the renewal
date, it cannot be stopped.  The listed billing contact will receive two
invoices and once deactivation notice.
</QUOTE>

Quite "charming" to say the least...
