I beg to differ - at least here in Canada, anyhow -
my Bell toll-free account invoices show area codes only. I once called about
a longish call that we weren't sure about to find and asked what was the
complete number. I was told that they have no other information that I
didn't already have on my bill - that is all that is recorded.
