Well, that was fun :)

I received a whole whack of pre-reg's this morning (we handle the ugly
stuff for most of our customers)
and attempted 2 of them (just to be safe) here where our results:

xxx.ca upgrade from xxx.ab.ca failed with "Whois response:Domain does not
exist "
ok, no big deal, all the bugs arent out yet :) so I've emailed support and
I expect they will get this fixed soon :)

yyy.ab.ca worked perfectly, however I feel the CIRA site could use a bit of
work... i.e dropping the images they have on the page to keep it FAST
seeing as their bandwidth and servers are maxed out as it is.

they send a 300+KB document that you have to agree to, fine... but that
document (or one similar) is agreed to on the resellers website so its
redundant and could be dropped to speed up the process and lower the tax on
the servers / pipe.

you have to agree / comfirm on 3 separate pages... kinda redundant.

Thats my overall first impression... boils down to: they could speed things
up by making the interface less pretty, and by dropping the redundant
agreement.

But thats just my opinion, I could be wrong
