One word: Hosting. (Actual web hosting)
One more word: Customer Service.
Another option: Web design and support

There are a lot of other things that can be integrated with domain sales.
Sure, there will also be the low-cost ones, you'll never compete against
them in the long run, unless you are prepared to go for extreme bulk sales.
