Marc,
I had the same problem. A few things to check out:
1. Did you get your new key for the Live system or the Test
environment? Make sure you're using the right key for the right
server.
2. I got into the situation where I could connect to the Test
Environment but the Live system threw that same error. It turned out
to be a typo, I put a ";" instead of a "," at the end of the live
server line in OpenSRS.conf.
3. Sometimes cutting and pasting doesn't always work perfectly. The
text editor you're pasting into might truncate things, etc. Try it
again a few times.
