You can see when the owner of the domain has been sent the confirmation
email (where they are directed to rr-n1-tor.opensrs.net/preregcira/)
by clicking on the domain in your view orders in progress. This is the
first stage of sending the domain to CIRA.
If your customer succesfully acknowledges the transfer on our site, they
are given the login to CIRA's site to complete their pre-registration. A
few clicks of the agree button later, its in CIRA's system.
You can confirm the pre-reg is safely in CIRA's system by doing a whois
for the domain on the CIRA site.
